Singapore, 18 November 2020 – It’s a jolly Christmas with PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road this year. A Feast For the Holidays: A La Carte Buffet
There is no better way to wrap up the year than to indulge in a slew of merry treats at Spice Brasserie with the nearest and dearest. Keeping Christmas traditions close to hearts, Executive Chef Robert Chan, together with his team of chefs, presents a dazzling line up of seasonal delicacies starring the Traditional Roast Turkey Carving with Gravy - prepared with chestnuts and paprika, and slow-roasted for a robust flavour with a juicy and tender finish. The party continues with an array of meat selections like Mai Ya Tang Glazed Ham with Pineapple Sauce, Roasted Leg of Lamb with Mint Sauce, BBQ Black Char Siew, Crispy Pork Roll; alongside restaurant’s signature Asian Street dishes like Broken Rice Claypot Porridge with Seafood, Scallion Oil Noodles, and all-time favourite Chilli Crab with Mantou and Slipper Lobster in Black Bean Paste.
On 24 and 25 December, expect an expanded spread with must-have festive delights such as the Hungarian Beef Goulash Soup with Sour Cream, Gourmet Sausages and Meatloaves.
Top off the celebratory treat with festive sweets like Eggnogs, Mince Pies as well as exclusive teppanyaki ice cream flavours such as German Chocolate Croffle and Apple Crumble with Brandied Prune. Inspired by the colours of holly trees and foliage leaves, look forward to the utterly divine Red and Green Velvet Cream Cheese Yule Log with Brandied Fruits and Nuts. Year-End Celebrations With An Oriental Touch
Welcoming diners with a brand new look and more reasons to celebrate, anticipate the reopening of Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant this 24 November 2020. Diners will be able to enjoy signature Cantonese and Sichuan dishes and a suite of new creations. This Christmas, Executive Chef Leung Wing Chung and his team curated a set menu with fine-crafted delicacies, namely the Festive Premium Platter with Roasted Turkey, Flatfish in Osmanthus Sauce with Fresh Fruits and more, coupled with must-tries such as the Double-boiled Abalone with Sea Whelk and Conpoy, and Braised Spiky Sea Cucumber.
Priced at SGD78 per person, the Christmas six-course set menu is available for dine-in from 1 December to 31 December 2020.
