THE NEW ‘LOCAL DELIGHTS AT GINGER’ BUFFET
[Singapore, 1 April 2021] PARKROYAL on Beach Road’s iconic all-day dining restaurant, Ginger, is proud to introduce NEW Malay and Indonesian delights to its extensive buffet line-up that are sure to satisfy. This limited menu with over ten new lip-smacking dishes will be available from 1 to 30 April 2021 starting at SGD48++ per adult.
The ‘Local Delights at Ginger’ buffet menu is proudly created by the hotel’s resident culinary master Executive Chef Vincent Aw and his team, and features heritage Malay and Indonesian favourites, with an elevated twist. In addition, guests can look forward to enjoying delights from Haig Road Putu Piring, the beloved Michelin Recommended local hawker, available daily on the menu from 5 to 30 April 2021, and as a part of a live station on 9, 10, 16, 17, 23 and 24 April 2021.
General Manager of PARKROYAL on Beach Road, Paolo Campillo elaborates, “As the hotel is located in the culturally rich precinct of Kampong Glam and Ginger is one of the go-to buffets in town known for Singaporean favourites, this latest menu is certainly a befitting one.”
Opening its doors after extensive renovation on 15 October 2020, Ginger at PARKROYAL on Beach Road revealed a unique look that celebrates the abundance of Singapore’s natural beauty in the cosmopolitan city-state. The stunning ambience of Ginger is brought to life by award-winning Singapore-based Australian designer Emma Maxwell who playfully captured the spirit of 'A City In A Garden' by using natural raw elements such as timber and stone to complement the vibrant botanical design.
The spacious restaurant with a gorgeous private dining area beckons guests to retreat into a lush sanctuary, and tempts them with an irresistible à la carte buffet that showcases the best of Singaporean flavours. Ginger will also soon be halal-certified to welcome even more guests. The current menu is pork and lard-free.
Highlights from the ‘Local Delights at Ginger’ Buffet
Individually plated, each dish on the buffet is picture-perfect for the eyes and the ’gram – ensuring that this à la carte buffet experience is unlike others. Guests can also be assured of top-notch ingredients and meticulous preparation – all sauces, for example, are homemade. Guests may scan a QR code for the digital menu that showcases more than 70 dishes, and thereafter select their preferred dish and portion size. All buffet items are free-flow and served to the table.
