National Day Fireworks Package 2019
Guests wishing to make the most of their national day long weekend have the option of catching the highly-anticipated parade and rehearsals from the comfort of Pan Pacific Singapore’s well-appointed rooms, perfectly complemented with bespoke services. The hotel is also within walking distance of the parade venue at Padang.
For an elevated experience, the Pacific Harbour Room, Pacific Harbour Studio or Harbour Suite offers guests exclusive access to the Pacific Club Lounge located on level 38. With 360 degree views of the Singapore skyline, the Pacific Club Lounge presents the perfect viewing platform to enjoy the dazzling fireworks. The Pacific Club Room Package experience also includes additional privileges of daily Champagne breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapés and cocktails.
The National Day Fireworks Package is available for bookings made before 9 August 2019, for stays between 6 July to 9 August 2019. Fireworks displays on 6, 13, 20, 27 July and 3, 9 August are subject to weather conditions and organising authorities.

National Day Buffet at Edge
Delicious feasts with a local twist are on the menu at Edge this National Day. Guests can look forward to a medley of gastronomic delights paying homage to Singapore’s heritage in celebration of the nation’s 54th birthday.
The sumptuous buffet will feature local delicacies such as Pan-fried Carrot Cake with Chai Po, Eggs, Coriander and Tobiko, Xing Zhou Bee Hoon, Seafood Hokkien Noodles with Homemade Sambal and Lime as well as Hainanese Stock Poached Chicken Rice. Guests may pair the entrées with dishes including Stir-fried White Pepper Crabs with Curry Leaves and Dried Chilli, Singapore-style Peppery Bak Kut Teh and Grilled Ocean Gems Bakar served with Chinchalok and Calamansi.
For a delightful conclusion to the meal, Edge presents familiar well-loved desserts such as Reconstructed Chendol and an assortment of sweet treats ranging from Pulut Hitam Lapis Entremets to Milo Cake.

National Day Locally-inspired Cantonese Set Menu at Hai Tien Lo
This National Day, Hai Tien Lo presents a celebratory six-course Cantonese menu showcasing flavoursome fare inspired by popular local dishes.
Specially crafted by Executive Chef Ben Zeng, guests will have their palates thoroughly indulged with Cantonese-style renditions of Singaporean favourites such as the Wok-fried King Prawn in Spicy Chilli Sauce accompanied with Chinese Bun and Wok-fried Rice Vermicelli in Singapore Style. Finally, the gastronomic journey concludes with a refreshing serving of Chilled Fragrant Coconut Jelly with Pearls, a familiar favourite for many.
Patrons dining in groups of six will enjoy a complimentary serving of Whole Barbecued Beijing Duck and Homemade Chinese Pancakes.

A Patriotic Roast & Toast for Singapore National Day 2019 at Poolside Patio
Available on 9 and 10 August from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, guests may catch a glimpse of the highly anticipated fireworks display while delighting in a National Day Heritage Barbecue at Poolside Patio’s breezy al fresco setting.
The tantalising outdoor experience features delectable Asian and fusion delights with appetisers ranging from Chilled Melon Gazpacho with Brie Cheese and Sliced Iberico Ham as well as Kale and Romaine Caesar Salad garnished with Shaved Parmigiano Cheese, to locally-inspiredCrispy Softshell Crabs in Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce and Hainanese Chicken Rice “Arancini” with Pickled Ginger.
Main course features unlimited servings of fusion-themed hearty meats on hot plates including highlights such as Char-grilled Grass-fed Turmeric Lamb Cutlet Satay, “Bak Kut Teh” Scented Sous Vide Pork Spare Ribs, Grilled Rendang Flank Steak, Baked Salmon Otar and more.
For a sweet conclusion to the meal, guests can enjoy well-loved Singaporean-themed desserts of Chendol Cake, Pulut Hitam Cake, Gula Melaka Chocolate Entremets and more.
