NEWLY HALAL-CERTIFIED KITCHEN AND THEMED BUFFET MENUS AT GINGER

PARKROYAL on Beach Road is proud to announce that the kitchen and live food stations of its iconic andinstagrammable all-day dining restaurant, Ginger* has been halal-certified by MUIS (Majelis Ugama Islam). In light of this joyous milestone, the botanical-themed restaurant will be introducing TWO NEW themed buffets – BBQ and Seafood – that will feature new creations alongside signature favourites.

Exclusively available from 21 July to 31 October 2021 starting at SGD65++ per adult, the themed dinner buffet menusare proudly created by the hotel’s resident culinary master Executive Chef Vincent Aw and his team. The ‘BBQ’ Dinner is available on Wednesday and Thursday, while the ‘Seafood’ Dinner is available on Friday and Saturday.

Available on Wednesday and Thursday for dinner from 6pm to 10pm

The stunning ambience of Ginger is brought to life by award-winning Singapore-based Australian designer Emma Maxwell who playfully captured the spirit of 'A City In A Garden' by using natural raw elements such as timber and stone to complement the vibrant botanical design.

The spacious restaurant with a gorgeous private dining area (above) that overlooks the scenic Kampong Glam stretch beckons guests to retreat into a lush sanctuary, and tempts them with an irresistible à la carte buffet that showcases the best of Singaporean flavours.

The assurance of a safe, comfortable dining environment

In line with Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s ‘Pan Pacific Cares’ programme, PARKROYAL on Beach Road continues to care for the community, staff, guests and environment. As part of this programme, Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG) has collaborated with Diversey, a leader in healthcare and infection prevention, and are following recommended protocols in accordance with World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines, using best-in-class cleaning and infection prevention solutions.

Contactless payment and digital menus have been implemented at the hotel’s F&B establishments, as well as an ongoing stringent cleaning and hygiene protocol, along with safe distancing measures for guests’ safety, convenience and peace of mind. In addition, floor and seating plans have been redesigned to ensure appropriate physical distancing between tables and seats per table, while safe distancing reminders including signage and floor stickers are placed prominently in queues and throughout the outlet.

Dining tables and chairs are sanitised with healthcare grade disinfectant after every use, cutlery is pre-wrapped in napkins and offered after guests are seated, and glassware is protected with lids. As part of the new hygiene protocol, all dishes will be plated and served individually to each guest.
