Meat lovers who are equally passionate about saving the Earth will be in for a treat as we trick your taste buds using plant-based alternatives at our restaurants, Pacific Marketplace and Poolside Bar. Hotel guests could savour these meatless dishes by ordering from our In-room Dining menu.
From 4 June to 30 June 2019, try the highly raved about Impossible™ meat as Pan Pacific Singapore unveils an exclusive promotion menu, showcasing a pleasing selection of classic menu items from Thai to Mexican.
Impossible Foods derives delectable and nutritious “meat” from plants. The Company strives to eliminate animals from food production and make the global food system sustainable.
Pacific Marketplace
At Pacific Marketplace, our Thai-inspired Phat Kaphrao rice dish might just pique your curiosity. A fiery combination of stir-fried minced “meat”, chillies, egg, Thai basil, long beans and baby romaine lettuce will kick things up a notch.
Quesadilla lovers can expect a burst of flavours in your mouth as this toasted tortilla is packed with roasted red peppers, jalapeño, cumin and fennel spices and melted cheddar, with a side of guacamole and sour cream.
A notable highlight at Pacific Marketplace is the Impossible™ Burger. With its succulent plant-based patty accompanied by grilled onions, cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and umami miso mustard spread, this dish is a real crowd-pleaser.
Poolside Bar
Bask in the relaxing Poolside ambience and have a delicious brick oven-baked Pizza. Drenched in fresh buffalo mozzarella melt and topped with smoked caramelised onion, spinach and parmesan flakes, let our handcrafted pizza be the perfect accompaniment to a lazy afternoon or romantic evening by the pool.
If you are craving for a poolside snack, treat yourself to our Satay Skewers - char-grilled “meaty” goodness on lemongrass stick served with kale, cucumber salad and lime on the side.
In-room Dining
For in-room dining, the meat-free Masala Kebab with naan bread, hummus, tzatziki sauce and baba ganoush will charm your socks off while you luxuriate in the comforts of your hotel room or suite. For smaller bites, delight in our steamed Dim Sum “Meatballs” paired with crisp pickled vegetables and sriracha sauce.
The Impossible™ meat promotion is available for lunch and dinner at Pacific Marketplace and Poolside Bar, and in our In-room Dining menu.
