Team building with the HODs of PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur
This November, the Department Heads of PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur have gathered on this bright sunny day to hike a 3-kilometre jungle trail around the hills of Bukit Gasing. Bukit Gasing is a Forest Reserve which stretches 100 hectares of greeneries dividing the city of Petaling Jaya in the state of Selangor from the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.
Despite the scorching weather and small jungle predators – the HODs were able to pull through various game challenges such as Water Balloon holdings which impersonates as the Hotel Guests and Blind Folding routes.
The game challenges are primarily focusing on strong communication and TRUST which reflects back on our PARKROYAL values in having integrity, teamwork, results, respect and creativity!
It was definitely a day to be thankful for the gathering of all Department Heads coming together to work closely in a challenging environment to achieve the same goals and vision! No one was left behind!
