A Nutcracker Christmas – Corporate Social Responsibility Programme with PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur
The Christmas holiday is all about the act of giving and this Christmas, PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur wished to do our part to bring the festive spirit to those less fortunate.
On Friday 21st December, our One United team purchased clothing for each of the individual children at the Lighthouse Children Welfare Association. Having delivered the clothes to the 73 boys and girls, from ages 4 to 21 years old, is fulfilling to know that those children get to experience the joyful and giving spirit of Christmas.
The day of Christmas Eve, Monday 24th December, PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur was privileged to host members of the DUAL BLESSING BHD non-profit organisation for the disabled. Accompanied by Santa Claus and his Santarina, as well as numerous associates and guests, the DUAL BLESSING BHD members took part in singing several traditional Christmas carols, including Silent Night, Jingle Bells, Joy to the World and We Wish You A Merry Christmas. The event attracted numerous hotel guests to come and witness and join in on the carolling. Afterwards, Santa Claus and Santarina roamed the hotel giving out treats to the children and the DUAL BLESSING BHD members went down to our Bougainvillea banquet room to indulge in a delicious buffet lunch, including a succulent Christmas turkey for the festive season.
