Purists can continue to seek comfort in the classic Roast Turkey with Cranberry Sauce which is also available for sale.

Festive Feasts – 25 November 2019 to 1 January 2020
Christmas comes early at PARKROYAL on Pickering as Lime restaurant will be rolling out the festivities from 25 November 2019! Diners at the open-kitchen-concept restaurant can feast to their heart’s content from the resplendent festive spread featuring Turkey Masak Merah, Oven Baked Pork Prime Ribs with Spicy Tomato Paste, Grilled Beef Sirloin with Cognac and Mix Peppercorn Cream Sauce, Dong Po Pork Belly with Crispy Man Tou and Squid Ink Linguini with Chilli Crab Sauce.
Come dinner, the repertoire is enhanced with Irish Oysters on ice and Pickering’s Signature Lobster Laksa. There’s also the meatless Beef Wellington made from the BEYONDTM meat patty for those agonizing over vegetarian options during the festive season.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Brunch & Dinner – 24 & 25 December 2019
Nothing brings people together as much as a shared meal. This Christmas, PARKROYAL on Pickering turns the celebrations up a notch, where diners will be serenaded in style by carollers as they enjoy a brunch or dinner that includes Lime’s lavish spread of King Crab and Boston Lobster on Ice, Lemon Caper Beurre Noisette Roasted Salmon served with Rosemary Potatoes, Slow-Braised Lamb Rump and Braised Flank Steak.
Christmas also wouldn’t be complete without the Roast Turkey with Cranberry Sauce and Christmas Pork Terrine, which are served alongside other highlights such as the Honey and Citrus Glazed Gammon Ham.
