The best of Lobsterfest at PARKROYAL on Pickering
Singapore, 7 May 2019 – It’s that time of the year when the lobster craze hits PARKROYAL on Pickering! Making a highly anticipated return from 24 May to 30 June 2019, fans of the prized crustacean can dive deep into a medley of tantalising lobster dishes at a four-hour buffet adventure featuring the crustaceans au natural, grilled, or cooked in a variety of scintillating Southeast-Asian flavours.
It’s claws-galore at the live station with our chefs working doubly hard to whip up unlimited servings of Lobster with Golden Egg Yolk Butter Cream and Lobster with 5 Peppers Sauce. Other must-haves include Lobster with Singapore Chilli Sauce, Lobster with Kam Hiong Sauce and Baby Lobster Laksa Noodles - a trio of highly-rated dishes from the last year’s menu that are bound to make you come back for seconds. Those looking out for something new should try the Roti John with Minced Lobster Meat and Sichuan Ma La Lobster.
If you enjoy the thrill of the grill, head outside to the alfresco BBQ corner where you will witness the freshest lobsters grilled to perfection. To make the dining experience even more ‘claw-some’, drizzle the smokey crustaceans with a variety of mouth-watering sauces on offer, such as Chilli, Sambal Belacan, Peanut Sauce, Scallion Spring Onion and Thai Hollandaise. For diners who are not feeling particularly saucy, there’s the Seafood on Ice station where they can enjoy whole Boston lobsters in its freshest form alongside other staples such as Live Prawns, Black Mussels and Golden Clams.
