PLUME at Pan Pacific Singapore Honoured Best 100 Bars at the Inaugural Tatler Best of Asia Awards 2024
PLUME, a destination cocktail bar nestled in the grand atrium of Pan Pacific Singapore, has reached a new pinnacle, recognised as one of Best 100 Bars by Tatler Best of Asia, where the Best 100 were unveiled at the inaugural Tatler Best of Asia Awards 2024, held in Bangkok on 24 November 2024. PLUME was also one of just 11 bars in Singapore to achieve this honour. This prestigious accolade, earned just a year and a half after its official opening, solidifies PLUME's position as a leading destination for innovative and sophisticated cocktails in Asia.
PLUME's innovative approach to cocktail-making, combined with its stunning ambiance, has captivated both local and international patrons. Inspired by the vibrant indigenous birds of Singapore, PLUME’s team of mixologists craft cocktails that capture the unique
essence of each avian species. From vibrant hues to intricate flavours, every drink is a masterpiece. Earlier in August, the bar unveiled a new Ornithology-themed cocktail menu, where each creation is inspired by the precise anatomy, ecology, or plumology of a specific bird.
The Tatler Best of Asia Awards is a prestigious recognition of Asia's top-tier hospitality establishments, curated by a panel of industry experts and Tatler Asia's editorial team. It celebrates the finest 100 restaurants, 100 bars, and 100 hotels across the region, selected through a rigorous process involving over 400 distinguished jury members. These experts, including regional dining editors, seasoned critics, and international journalists, assess and nominate outstanding establishments based on a range of criteria, such as culinary excellence, innovative concepts, impeccable service, and luxurious ambiance.
