Singapore, 30 November 2020 - For the third consecutive year, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering has been voted the World’s Leading Green City Hotel at the World Travel Awards. The iconic, eco-chic hotel located in the heart of Chinatown was once again critically acclaimed for its hotel-in-a-garden design concept while continuing to set the standard for sustainable hospitality practises in Singapore and around the world.

Pan Pacific Cares: Enhanced Safety Measures
As part of Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s ‘Pan Pacific Cares’ programme, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering continues to place the safety and wellbeing of patrons, colleagues and the environment at the heart of its business. Pan Pacific Hotels Group has collaborated with Diversey, a leader in healthcare and infection prevention, and is adhering to World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines regarding infection prevention solutions proven to be effective against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19).
Heightened hygiene protocols have been implemented at the hotel with high-traffic areas regularly sanitised with disinfectant. Safe distancing reminders, including signage and floor stickers, are placed prominently in queue and other public areas, and linens are sanitised in a high temperature wash for guests’ safety and peace of mind. Additionally, a complimentary Pan Pacific Cares pack, comprising hand sanitiser, wipes and face mask, is placed in all guest rooms.
