New Luxury Meeting Spaces and Events To Debut at Pan Pacific London

In the heart of the city, flanked by treasured landmarks and a profusion of vibrant entertainment, Pan Pacific London is the city’s new landmark tower just across from Liverpool Street Station. Pan Pacific Hotels Group, recognised as the “Best Regional Hotel Chain”, in Asia Pacific marks its first footprint in Europe with Pan Pacific London. Under the vision of world-famous Yabu Pushelberg – the firm behind London’s most desirable address, No.1 Grosvenor Square – and in collaboration with architects PLP, this multi-faceted ‘urban resort’ will be a spectacular 43-storey tower consisting of private residences, a luxury hotel, and a public plaza animated by One Devonshire House, a separate space and mix of luxury retail offerings, destination restaurant and bar.

In advance of its opening, the hotel has already been awarded various accolades by the International Property Awards for its architecture, design and mixed-use development.

Pan Pacific Ballroom

A notable design highlight will be the extensive 464sqm smart Pan Pacific Ballroom, the largest ballroom in the Square Mile built to accommodate 400 guests. It has direct access from Bishopsgate Plaza via a glass escalator and elevator or guests may access via the lift in the hotel.

Ensuring seamless management and implementation all under one roof, a dedicated in-house events management team will consider every detail from the quality of the cuisine to the finer points of Asian hospitality and elegant facilities, meaning that meetings and events at Pan Pacific London promise to be truly memorable.

Whether it’s a board meeting, creative workshop or lavish wedding, Pan Pacific Ballroom will be equipped with state-of-the art technology including flexible lighting options, surround sound and a video wall for an immersive experience. The space will also be sub-divisible into two separate rooms for more intimate events. It will also have connectivity capabilities via a live feed to the VIP/bridal suite located in the pre-function area, which is able to accommodate 285 guests.

Meeting Place

Meeting Place on the fifth floor consists of five adaptable meeting rooms, named after coaching inns that once graced Bishopsgate in the mid-1400s. All rooms are flooded with natural daylight through floor to ceiling windows and are equipped with LED screens, video and audio conferencing, black out facilities and access to the floor's multi-functional breakout area called the Punchbowl. Guests who book Meeting Place can also enjoy access to our Meeting Concierge, who are here to assist with all your needs on the day of your event, from business centre needs, room temperature comfort, AV connectivity or simply a smiling face with a welcoming cup of coffee! Meeting Place rooms can be booked individually or the floor can be hired exclusively.

Market Square

Market Square is a relaxed creative meeting space on level three, consisting of four meeting rooms named after local London markets within the Market Mile. The central breakout space, known as Market Kitchen, is well-stocked with snacks and drinks - giving you flexibility and choice to help yourself throughout the day. Glass walls and doors divide the spaces which are flooded with natural daylight through floor-to-ceiling windows, and are equipped with 4K LED screens, video and audio conferencing, and black out facilities. The floor is perfectly designed to be booked exclusively, benefitting events that need privacy away from other meetings and guests.

On opening, in addition to the meeting and event spaces which will total almost 897sqm, Pan Pacific London will represent a number of firsts for London including a landscaped public plaza, a floor dedicated to guest’s well-being, incorporating a dramatic 18,5-metre infinity pool with spectacular cityscape view; treatment rooms and relaxation pods; gym with free training area; sauna and steam rooms; and more landscaped outdoor space than any other luxury hotel in the area, with gardens integrated into the design of the restaurants and recreational facilities.

The 237 rooms and suites, destination restaurants and bar and provision of top-quality meetings and events spaces together with the other public functions of the hotel will support the city’s function as a centre for international business, unmatched in scale and quality by any existing hotels in the area. Ideally situated in the heart of the city, the grand spaces are moments away from prime transport links and within walking distance of several underground and overground rail stations as well as sitting close to London Liverpool Street station.

One Bishopsgate Plaza is the first tower development in the City of London to harmoniously fuse luxury private apartments with a luxury hotel. The landmark address will combine Pan Pacific London with 160 private apartments (The Sky Residences) located from level 21 – 41.
