Indeed, it's some truly impressive cuisine that has really put Montereys Brasserie on Perth’s gastronomic food map courtesy of Head Chef, Matt Lonne, and his team. An extensive à la carte menu inspired by Pan Pacific Perth’s Asian influence, caters for all tastes, with a delicious dessert selection featuring decadent creations sure to satisfy even the fussiest of taste buds.

For those keen to satisfy a larger appetite, it’s hard to go past the Brasserie’s renowned seasonal buffet, with its extensive array of sublime locally sourced West Australian seafood, a variety of enticing hot and cold dishes, garden fresh salads, antipasti, homemade soups and a traditional roast carvery, plus a chance to finish the meal on a sweet note with a tempting choice of petite cakes and pastries from the dessert bar.

Open to the general public, Montereys Brasserie serves breakfast, lunch and dinner from 6am until late, seven days a week. Diners can opt for a seasonal or continental breakfast buffet in the morning, while the Sunday buffet roast at lunch and dinner is a popular favourite with Perth locals.

An added bonus, the Brasserie’s new – and very charming, al fresco dining area is also the perfect pace to take advantage of the warmer weather over delicious dishes or barista coffee – especially for dog lovers.
