The culinary brigade at Lime Restaurant has thoughtfully curated a bountiful line-up of both fresh and classic dishes to bring good luck and fortune for you and your loved ones in the upcoming year.

Diners in search of feisty oriental flavours can look forward to the Szechuan Chicken with Matcha Soba Noodles, Pan Seared Szechuan Pepper-Infused Marinated Pork Chop and Steamed Glutinous Rice with Assorted Waxed Meat wrapped in Lotus Leaf. Classic favourites such as the Rock Salt Oven Baked Free Range Chicken and Roasted Beef in Natural Jus are also sure to hit the mark with the meat lovers.

Excite your taste buds with the Tteok-bokki with Bolognese or Truffle Mushroom Cream Sauce – the Chef’s unique take on the classic Korean rice-cake dish, marrying textures and flavours from the East and the West. 

Lime’s extensive array of seafood is, as always, second to none with its ever-so-popular Seafood on Ice, Baked Sustainable Barramundi with Capers and Beurre Blanc and Three Taste Prawn with Edamame Peas just to name a few.

Round up the celebrations by treating yourselves to a selection of sweet treats inspired by the festivities including the Yuzu Meringue Tart and Eight Treasures Cake. The assurance of a safe, comfortable dining environment

In line with Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s ‘Pan Pacific Cares’ programme, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering continues to care for the community, staff, guests and environment. As part of this programme, Pan Pacific Hotels Group has collaborated with Diversey, a leader in healthcare and infection prevention, and are following recommended protocols in accordance with World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines, using best-in-class cleaning and infection prevention solutions.

Contactless payment and digital menus have been implemented at the hotel’s F&B establishments, as well as an ongoing stringent cleaning and hygiene protocol, along with safe distancing measures for guests’ safety, convenience and peace of mind. In addition, floor and seating plans have been redesigned to ensure appropriate physical distancing between tables and seats per table, while safe distancing reminders including signage and floor stickers are placed prominently in queues and throughout the outlet.

Dining tables and chairs are sanitised with healthcare grade disinfectant after every use, cutlery is pre-wrapped in napkins and offered after guests are seated, and glassware is protected with lids. As part of the new hygiene protocol, all dishes will be plated and served individually to each guest.
