A Taste of Nostalgia at Lime Restaurant
Singapore, 13 October 2021 – There’s nothing quite like the taste of childhood, that sense of familiarity everyone craves for. Dishes that trigger a sense of happiness and joy from the moment the flavours hit the palate. Running till 25 November 2021, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering’s A Taste of Nostalgia aims to do just that as it offers diners time-tested and much-loved local favourites at Lime Restaurant.
Served over lunch and dinner, diners can enjoy an Asian feast with Peranakan offerings such as the flavourful Nonya Chap Chye with Bean Curd Skin and Glass Noodles, the ever-popular Grilled Sambal Barramundi, the tangy plump Assam Prawn, as well as the decadent Pork Rendang.
Those craving traditional steamed Dim Sum can revel in an assortment of elevated classics during lunch, like the Mini Abalone Siew Mai, Chilli Crab Bun, and crowd-favourite Deep Fried Sweet Potato Ball.
Diners at lunch can enjoy the Seafood on Ice, Slow-baked Sirloin Beef as well as the all-time favourite Pickering Laksa Vongole. If one is there for dinner or Super Lunch Sunday, be sure to try the Live Carving Station serving delicious Rosemary Lamb Chops. Guests will also be pleased to know that the Lime Restaurant staple, Maple Barbecued Chicken is available for both lunch and dinner.
Rich in flavours and nostalgia, eat all you can but remember to save some space for the much-loved Durian Pengat or a bowl of the classic Cheng Teng dessert.
