A ‘Ma-velous’ Feast For Mum awaits at PARKROYAL on Pickering
Singapore, 3 May 2019 – Even super mums need a break every once in a while and Mother’s Day is the perfect occasion to pamper her with a ‘Ma-velous’ feast for mum at Lime Restaurant.
Available on 11 May 2019 (dinner only) and 12 May 2019, the extravagant buffet line-up boasts a repertoire of mouth-watering International and Asian specialties, ranging from cold cuts and gourmet cheeses, to a meat fiesta which features dishes such as the 36-hours Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder and the Roasted Beef Tomahawk.
If your mum’s hooked on seafood, be sure to feast on the multiple seafood options on offer, both au natural – such as King Crab and Maine Lobster on ice – or those cooked with an Asian flavour – like the Grilled Half Shell Scallop with Garlic and the local favourite Black Pepper Crab.
Other unique chef creations curated specially for this occasion include the Baked Half Shell Oyster with Sweet and Sour Hollandaise; Caramelised Foie Gras, Cherry Morello and Ginger Crumble, and Suckling Pig with Green Olive, Capers and Mustard Sauce.
Fret not if mum’s a fan of local cuisine as she’ll get to enjoy the restaurant’s upscale interpretation on local dishes such as the Lobster Laksa Noodles, and the ever-popular Hainanese Kampung Chicken Rice.
To round off this special celebration, all mothers will be treated like the Queens they are with a hearty bowl of Bird’s Nest Granita.
