A Feast for the Senses with Lime's Sublime Halloween
Singapore, 15 October 2021 – The long-awaited PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering’s Sublime Halloween buffet is back this October for a thrilling fang-tastic special. Get ready for three days of tantalising menu items that will take diners on a mouth-watering feast like no other.
From 29 to 31 October 2021, the fifth instalment of the much-anticipated Lime Restaurant’s Halloween Buffet is opening its dungeon once again. Serving up a menu created with a devious imagination, there will be bewitching starters reminiscent of Trick n’ Treating with the Jack-O-Lantern Salad, and a creepy walk through the grounds with the Graveyard Cheese Platter. To get the heart pumping there are Freddy Brain's Foie Gras with 'Bloody' Raspberry Sauce and 'Eyeball' Salad with Roasted Tomato and Sweet Pepper Gazpacho that are definitely not for the faint-hearted!
Bloodthirsty diners looking to satiate their carnivorous cravings and bloodlust can do so at the carving station with a selection of primecuts cooked to perfection. Enjoy some bone-cracking juiciness with the Roadkill Roasted Baby Lamb, Red Wine Vinegar Glazed Pork Rib, Beef Sirloin and Gourmet Sausages. Take a walk through Davy Jones’ locker at the Ghost Ship Seafood Bar loaded with crustacean delights such as Snow Crab, Golden Clam, Whelk and Prawn.
If all that is too tame, set the stomach ablaze with Lime Restaurant’s all-time Asian favourites such as Sze Chuan Hot and Sour Soup, Signature Pickering Laksa, Oven-baked Scallop with Mala Sauce and Cheese and 'Bloody' Roti Jala with Curry Chicken. If you're not monstrously stuffed at this point, look out for the Wok-fried White Pepper Crab, Braised Pork Trotter and Shrimp and Ebiko Fried Rice. These savoury shockers are disturbing on the eye as they are pleasing on the palette.
No one can rest without experiencing a range of saccharine treats. Lime Restaurant is serving up spine-tingling sweets from Choco-nana Coffin (Chocolate Banana Brownie) to Zombie Brain (Eton Mess).
Go cackling into the night with Lime Restaurant’s vat of thirst-quenching Witches Brew (Chendol), or cool the senses with the Tea of Oblivion (Strawberry Consommé), the perfect concoction to drown all sorrows.
